——思想政治理论课教改侧记

    为全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持育人为本，德育为先，倡导“修德励能”的校训精神，我校思想政治理论课在长期的教学实践中，不断探索、整合课程资源，坚持“与时俱进”的教学理念，努力做到一个坚持、两个结合、三个贴近、四个转化：
    “一个坚持”即坚持以学生为本；“两个结合”即思想政治理论教育与学生发展的实际相结合、课堂教学与实践教学相结合；“三个贴近”即贴近实际，贴近生活，贴近学生；“四个转化”即对学生学业的考核，由注重“结果性评价”向注重“过程性评价”转化；由考核的“随意性”向“规范性”转化；由教师角色的“传道者”向学生管理的“参与者”转化；由教学关系的“教师主体、学生客体”向“教师主导、学生主演”转化。
    教学改革使思政课更加注重学生的行为养成和日常表现，从而更好地引导学生的认知和行为，增强思政课教学的吸引力、感染力和实效性，真正发挥大学生思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地作用。
    本学期，思政课的教学改革重点是创新实践教学的理论与实践教学方法。
    思政课实践教学从场所上可分为课内实践教学与课外（校内、校外）实践教学；从内容上可分为深化理论理解、突出理论运用的实践教学与感知社会、验证理论实效的实践教学；从组织形式上可分为集中实践教学与分散实践教学。在实践教学中，几者是相互统一的。
    在课内实践教学方面，主要是围绕课程目标，在教师的指导下，由学生自主完成的课堂实践教学活动。其形式主要包括：问题教学法、案例教学法、主题讨论法、主题辩论法、情境再现法等实践教学形式。
    在课外实践教学方面，主要是在学校党委的统一指导下，思政课依据课程计划、课程目标，联合宣传统战部、教务处、学生处、团委及有关系部，开展实践教学活动。如指导撰写大学生生涯规划，思政课教师与学生“结对子”，做任课系、班的思想政治辅导员，为学生社团组织担任指导教师，指导学生积极利用辽宁省大学生在线联盟网站，承担学校“学生思想政治教育系列主题教育活动”的相关内容，通过思政课教学过程，参与学生处及有关系部对学生操行的考核。
思政课在今后的教学实践中，将继续坚持“育人为本，德育为先，知行合一，全面发展”的教学原则，滋兰树慧，润物无声。
