——“心桥”读书会感悟

    11月4日，参加学生处心理健康中心开展的“心桥”读书会，大家一起阅读武志红老师的著作《身体知道答案》，在读到“意识上不能沟通，就用身体沟通”这一章节时，我很困惑。身为一个教育工作者，我总觉得教育学生在困难中磨练自己，教育学生积极向上是我们的天职。如果是我可能也会像书中的父母那么去做，也就是说我支持父母让孩子到艰苦的环境中锻炼的做法，可书中写到事情发展的最终结果却让我很痛心。我困惑，整个读书会我没有发言，我不知道该说些什么，我的教育理念和事实的结果强烈的冲突让我无法接受，困惑、纠结、迷茫困扰着我。
    后来与另外一个朋友谈论这个故事，她对我讲起她姐姐家的女儿的故事，现在是他们整个家族都为之揪心的事情。她姐姐和姐夫经商，孩子小的时候生活在东北，后来十来岁的时候随父母搬家到上海，父母经商很忙没有时间照顾她，她主要是和奶奶一起生活。一个女孩从小生活在北方，突然来到一个陌生的环境非常的孤独，尤其是上海这种环境，地方方言和强烈的地区差，可能还有地区优越感，再加之父母的忙碌与不能陪伴，小女孩感觉从未有过的孤独。随着时间的推移，后来她有了一个好朋友，小女孩开始有快乐了。但中考这个鸿沟隔开了她们两个，女孩学习很好可以考上重点高中甚至上大学，而她的新朋友却只能上一个职专，女孩和父母商量想和好朋友一起上职专，可一向对她有求必应的父母这一次坚决拒绝了她。在经济和物质上父母对她的照顾可以说是无微不至的，可是在精神和心理上父母给予的就太少了。女孩拗不过父母上了高中，最终也如父母所愿考上了大学，可她填报志愿的时候没有和父母商量，甚至都没告诉父母。她报了离家很远的四川的一所大学去上学。故事的最终也是我朋友他们一家人无法接受的，她在大三没毕业就退学了，自己跑到西藏剃度出家。
    她的父母和其它亲人疯了似的跑到西藏，想把她劝回来，可她死也不肯回来，她父母最后和那里的佛学院的主持说如果他们收留他的女儿，他们夫妻两个就死在佛学院，那里的主持才没有留下他们的女儿。
    可三尺冰冻非一日之寒，女孩被父母送回到学校后，又悄悄回到了西藏，这一次她没有告诉父母她在西藏的哪里，她发微信定期报平安。我的朋友给我看她外甥女的微信，剃度之后袈裟之下已经看不出她是一个正值花季的女孩，我只能看到一张灿烂的笑脸和红色的袈裟。
    朋友唏嘘道来，我的心一阵一阵发紧，那一刻我突然不纠结了。教师和家长都是应该引导和教育我们的学生和孩子积极向上勇敢面对生活的困难，但孩子们不一定能够承受所有的伤痛。如果时间可以重新来过，我相信前面提到父母一定宁愿同意让他们的女儿和她的朋友一起去念职专也不愿看到今天的结果。或者是她的父母意识到问题的存在，在女儿上高中时给予陪伴和关爱，让女孩不至于一直自己去抗这些她扛不动的问题。
    不知从什么时间开始，我们社会的教育观念都要求我们的年轻人永争第一，万般皆下品，唯有读书高，而读书高的最终结果又是为了拥有更多的经济利益。为此父母们忙着挣钱把孩子留给老人看管，孩子过着经济丰足精神贫瘠的生活。突然间我明白了心理教师共情学生的重要性，人们更多的是需要陪伴与理解。     （作者系学生处副处长）
