6月1日下午，阜新市2016年度社会科学科普讲座暨阜新高专教研汇报会在五楼报告厅举行。讲座暨汇报会由教务处长魏彤光主持，我校数百名教师聆听了科研处长武艳娟教授作的题为《中华传统文化与教师人文素质》讲座。
武教授以知识分子的使命、“文明校园、优雅高专”建设的文化支撑以及传播中华优秀文化“当仁不让于师”的勇气等三个方面汇报了教学、科研部门开展这一活动的动因和她本人讲座的初衷。她引用习近平总书记在5·17讲话全国社科座谈会讲话中提及的北宋大儒张载的名言“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平”阐释了文化教育就是为了天地之间树立正道，为了百姓安身立命，为了我们优秀文化的传承，为了子孙万代永享太平。
讲座暨汇报从中华传统文化的世界地位及民族意义、中华传统文化入门及精髓、以国际时代视野看国学用国学等三个方面展开，仅用一个小时的时间，把中华传统文化对世界和民族的影响，以及中华传统文化的精髓做了精当而概要的梳理。让我们知道了联合国科学报告中关于世界大爆炸的理论描述，与2千多年前中国道家学派关于宇宙形而上的体悟竟然惊人吻合。讲座特别以生生不息厚德载物、天人合一中庸之道和礼义之行全人教育三个层面概括了中华传统文化的精髓，指出一个民族、一个生命个体生存发展的要着为顺应天地节律、符合礼义节度。这样，就能实现天人之间、人人之间和身心之间的和谐。
此外，讲座还用中国传统文化的蒙学经典《弟子规》与儒家经典《论语》的联系“弟子规，圣人训”入手，阐述了我国古代一脉相承的立德树人教育传统：“首孝悌，次谨信。泛爱众，而亲仁。有余力，则学文。”以《三字经》中“四书熟。如六经，始可读”等内容，深入浅出地解读了以立德树人为宗旨的学习国学的正确顺序。
在呈现了中华传统文化魅力之后，武教授也列举了人们对传统文化现实疑问：这么好的文化为什么民族落后挨打？没这文化活得不是挺好的？光有这文化够不够？并以构建“中体西用”的文化基础和冲破信息包围回到原典的智慧选择做出了回答。
